This is the result of the owner having his house bricked, which unfortunately included the area at the meter socket. This was reported to me by the local power company, saying that they were wanting to replace this meter, but was unable to open the cover. I have contacted the homeowner, and he is in the process of getting the brick layer back on the job. The final solution will probably be relocation of the meter to the lift pole adjacent to the house. |

The 2nd one was reported to me by an electrician who was in the process of a complete rewire of this house. He has since relocated the panel to an outside wall. This location was in a shower/tub area, as seen by the shower curtain. I have no idea how long this was in this location. | |
